To create a condition which enable endangered people to protect their cultures, languages and to confront publicly and democratically the problems facing society and the Church.</strong></span><br /><span style="color:#cc6600;"><strong><br />2. To promote evangelization, social justice and social development of the people living in remote areas by facilitating communication, transportation and unity.<br /><br />3.
